Job descriptionMonitor inventory across platforms like ShipHero, Shopify, and 3PL tools Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports using Excel Build reports from scratch and refine existing templates to suit business needs Analyze stock availability and product movement to prevent stockouts or overstock Lead weekly supplier meetings to review PO status, lead times, and fulfillment Maintain open communication lines with vendors, addressing issues proactively Catch and communicate anomalies or order concerns to leadership Streamline the ordering process using Stocky's automated PO functionality Work toward integrating all vendors into a centralized system for efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning, tooling, and documentation Build scalable processes in anticipation of increased SKUs and retail distribution 2 to 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management Proficiency with inventory or supply chain management platforms (e.g., Shopify, ShipHero, 3PL systems) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and spoken English; confident in leading supplier communications Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage 4050 SKUs with varying sales velocity Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Able to work during CST or EST hours Experience with industry-specific supply chain operations (e.g., eCommerce or retail) Familiarity with demand forecasting models and seasonality trends Experience using Stocky, QuickBooks, or ERP systems (not required but a plus) Slack Internal communications Shopify eCommerce & inventory visibility ShipHero Inventory & warehouse operations Stocky Automated purchase order and supplier integration Excel Advanced inventory reporting and planning QuickBooks (Nice-to-have) Financial insights and PO tracking Monthly Salary : PHP 75,000 115,000 Attendance Bonus : $25 per month for perfect attendance Performance Bonus Anniversary Bonus : PHP 5,000 for 1 year PHP 10,000 for 2nd4th years Referral Bonus : $300 per successful referral Paid Time-Off (PTO) : 7 days Holiday PTO 6 days Regular PTO Healthcare Plan Provided
Supply Chain And Inventory Planning Specialist
We're hiring a Supply Chain and Inventory Planning Specialist to support a fast-growing e-commerce brand as it scales into retail. This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and hands-on experience in inventory management, demand planning, and supplier coordination.
You'll work directly with the CFO / CEO to own reporting, manage replenishment schedules, streamline processes, and lead weekly supplier check-ins. Your work will directly impact supply chain efficiency and business readiness for growth.
Remote | PHP 75,000 115,000 per month

What You'll Do
Demand and Supply Planning
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and supply plans to support business growth and retail readiness
- Create and manage purchase orders and replenishment schedules across SKUs and brands
- Identify risks in the supply chain and recommend mitigation strategies
- Leverage supply chain data to guide planning decisions and highlight anomalies
