Key responsibilities
You will be joining at a pivotal time, as Vega is scaling fast and expanding our presence in the US. Our clients are some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated alternative asset managers, and we are re-defining mission-critical workflows for running client experience and operations.
Implementation and post-sale customer success will be fundamental to Vega’s success as we grow our client base. We are seeking a Delivery & Customer Success manager to lead enterprise onboarding and change management. This role blends program management, multi-stakeholder engagement, and long-term relational leadership. As a foundational hire within GTM at Vega, you will shape how leading asset managers adopt and implement Vega’s products, ensuring engagements are smooth and value-driven.
