I'm partnering with a well-established global engineering technology company to find a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market and promotional strategy for one of their flagship products, an innovative, no-code engineering workflow and task automation platform.

This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and market growth within the engineering and manufacturing sector worldwide.

About the Product

This cloud-based, secure platform automates engineering tasks and completes workflows without coding. It offers ready-to-use modules for design visualization, file translation, technical data packaging, and real-time design review meetings. Its automation engine enables enterprises to digitize processes in a no-code environment quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to generate awareness and qualified leads
  • Own product messaging, positioning, and branding across all channels
  • Create compelling marketing assets, including brochures, landing pages, case studies, videos, and blog posts
  • Lead demand generation via SEO, SEM, email marketing, webinars, events, and trade shows
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using marketing KPIs and analytics
  • Align marketing efforts with sales enablement and lead nurturing strategies
  • Manage the marketing budget and coordinate with external agencies or partners as needed

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (software, CAD, PLM, or engineering technology preferred)
  • Proven track record in leading successful product marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools
  • Analytical, highly organized, and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
