We’re seeking an Inventory & Logistics Specialist to execute day-to-day inventory control, receiving, product data management, and inbound / outbound shipping and fulfillment. You will help ensure item accuracy, pristine system records, operational precision, and timely movement of high-value goods across retail and e-commerce channels. You will partner with Sales, E-commerce, Business Operations, and Finance to reduce lead times and push key KPIs in the right direction.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Execute the inventory lifecycle : receiving, inspection, product data entry, storage, picking / packing, and fulfillment.
- Perform intake and QC for inbound luxury watches and jewelry; verify condition, authenticity, and completeness; document findings and variances.
- Maintain accurate item-level data in inventory / POS systems to support retail, e-commerce, and marketing.
- Conduct cycle counts and audit physical / digital records to drive accuracy and reduce shrink.
- Coordinate shipping logistics (labels, insurance, documentation) and ensure on-time fulfillment for retail and e-commerce orders.
- Work with logistics vendors, including shipping providers and couriers, to resolve exceptions.
- Handle secure storage, organization, and movement of high-value items across locations / safes, maintaining chain-of-custody.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, E-commerce, Business Operations, and Finance to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and shipping area; comply with safety, compliance, and brand standards.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in inventory, operations, or logistics management, preferably in luxury retail, watches, or jewelry.Strong technical proficiency in inventory / POS / ERP systems; JewelMate, advanced Excel or data analysis skills a plus.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through; accuracy with serials, references, and paperwork is essential.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; service-oriented mindset.High integrity, reliability, and discretion when handling high-value items.Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; able to lift / transport packages and stand for portions of the shift.Compensation :
Salary range : $50,000 – $60,000Benefits :
