Necessary Skills and Strengths :

Core Experience :

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience with all construction trades and phases of commercial & residential construction
• Experience with scheduling & coordination
• Experience with site safety plans

Summary :

The Construction Superintendent provides on-site leadership and coordination for all phases of commercial or residential construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding safely and following the established schedule and budget. Superintendents shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. The Superintendent often provides leadership to field employees such as Laborers, Field Engineers, and Assistant Superintendents.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
