As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrol Full-Time in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic technology and media location. You will conduct regular patrols, remain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and engage with employees or visitors to provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, both inside and outside of buildings used for technology and media operations.

Maintain awareness of surroundings to help to deter unauthorized activity or access within the premises.

Assist with monitoring and controlling access points at the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to address security-related matters and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
