MEP Facilities Project Manager - Onsite - Lakewood, CO - No C2C

Purpose / Overview

We are in an urgent need for a Facilities project manager that has a deep background in electrical engineering / systems, plumbing to help us build-out and optimize costs at a new "clean room" or sterilized environment.

• Ideal candidate will be able to read plans and make recommendations for cost savings via strategic planning, materials and / or vendor negotiation.
• will need to have contruction project management experience (no PMI cert needed but it is a plus).
• Prior EE , plumbing and facilities experience is a must
