Associate Project Administrator

GFTis seeking anAssociate Project Administratorto join our Transportation group. This role follows ahybrid work model, can be based at any GFT office location.

As an Associate Project Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our projects organized and running smoothly. Your strong business, computer, and writing skills will help support our project managers in executing critical tasks and daily administrative functions. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

• Provide project management assistance and project accounting throughout the life-cycle of a project from proposal and project set up through project closeout.
• Compile required documentation for all new and active projects including items listed in the Project Management and Quality Guidelines including but not limited to fee negotiation packages and fee estimates.
• Review contract requirements for accepted overhead rates, contract fee types, invoicing procedures, insurance requirements, customer survey submission, and subcontractor information.
• Ensures projects adhere to contract language and requirements, issues and tracks project amendment documentation and coordinates for review.
• Provide administrative and accounting support for engineering projects while fostering excellent internal and external customer relations and service.
• Ensure that each project or project phase is properly invoiced in a timely manner and manages all client accounts.
• Monitor job status reports and takes appropriate action with department managers to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Compensation : The salary range for this role is$50,000 - $80,000; Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
