$1000.00 Sign on Bonus with $500.00 paid following 3 months and $500.00 paid following 6 months

Wolff Properties is seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician with at least one year of hands-on experience in the multifamily industry. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Turn units for move-in, including light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Diagnose and repair major household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, and washers / dryers
• Troubleshoot and perform basic to intermediate HVAC repairs, including filter changes, thermostat replacements, and minor system diagnostics
• Maintain daily pool operations in accordance with health and safety standards
• Preserve the property's curb appeal, cleanliness, and functionality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance shops
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily / apartment maintenance experience
• Must provide own tools
• EPA Universal certification preferred
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and under the direct supervision of the Property Manager
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
