This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer in the United States .

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and deliver cutting-edge AI and data infrastructure solutions on a global scale. You will act as a technical bridge between the organization and its partners, designing and implementing high-performance, scalable AI and HPC solutions. The position involves close collaboration with GSIs, OEMs, and cloud partners to integrate advanced storage and computing platforms into enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will contribute to reference architectures, proof-of-concepts, and best practices while addressing complex infrastructure challenges to maximize GPU utilization and ROI. This is a high-impact role that blends technical expertise, strategic influence, and hands-on engineering to support partner enablement and customer success.

Accountabilities :

  • Architect and deploy scalable AI / HPC solutions using advanced data and storage platforms across hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Enable partners through labs, workshops, and certifications, driving adoption of reference architectures.
  • Co-develop joint blueprints, benchmarks, and best-practice documentation for AI, HPC, and enterprise pipelines.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for alliance-led opportunities, including scoping, proposals, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Partner Engineering to validate and promote integrated solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex data infrastructure challenges, ensuring optimal GPU utilization and total cost of ownership reduction.
  • Represent the organization at partner summits, conferences, and technical forums.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or consulting within AI, HPC, or data infrastructure.
  • Proven experience collaborating with or within GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro).
  • Strong expertise in storage systems, parallel file systems (Lustre, GPFS), and GPU-accelerated workloads.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA DGX, AMD Instinct, and major OEM ecosystems (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Supermicro).
  • Knowledge of AI / ML pipelines, cloud environments, and large-scale data management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving, innovation, and achievement-oriented mindset.
