Compensation & Growth:
Base salary + performance incentives
Entry-level: $45,000–$75,000
Licensed Advisors: $86,000–$117,000+
Long-term earning potential grows as you build your own client base
This is not a capped job — it is a career with ownership, growth, and upside.

What You’ll Do
Develop customized financial plans based on client goals, values, and risk tolerance
Analyze assets, income, liabilities, cash flow, and long-term objectives
Conduct client review meetings and monitor ongoing progress
Maintain accurate CRM records and client service workflows
Participate in prospecting, outreach, and lead nurturing
Represent the firm at networking events and community engagements
