Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Director of Operations. As the Director of Operations for a dedicated client account with multiple locations, you will lead a team of onsite Account Managers to ensure consistent service excellence and client satisfaction across all sites. Your leadership will drive the performance of Security Professionals through strong employee engagement, strategic oversight, and alignment with our iCARE Leadership model. By cultivating a unified approach across all locations, you will help our client achieve a secure, compliant, and professional environment while building a high-performing team culture that makes Allied Universal an employer of choice.
