Job descriptionSupport projects in environmental protection, wastewater, and stormwater management. Conduct field inspections and provide project oversight. Prepare NPDES and other regulatory permit applications. Create design drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D for site layouts, roadways, utilities, grading, and stormwater systems. Work on civil infrastructure, landfill, stormwater, and wastewater projects. Manage budgets, schedules, and assist with diverse land development and erosion control projects (residential, commercial, industrial, institutional). Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and similar tools. Collaborate with project managers, design leads, and CAD teams to maintain technical standards. Provide technical solutions, evaluate alternatives, and engage in client interaction. Balance office work (70%) and fieldwork (30%), primarily within PA, NJ, and NY.
