A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, chat, and email, processing orders and issuing credits and return authorizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support the sales team by answering questions and troubleshooting issues
Ensure timely resolution and closure of all reported issues while maintaining customer account information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience and / or two-year degree preferred
Strong service mentality dedicated to satisfying the customer
Exceptional math skills and product knowledge
Order entry and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Lotus Notes
Self-motivated and team-oriented
