Exactera is looking for a strategic, customer-focused Senior Product Manager to own and drive the success of our Core Tax Software Products, including Transfer Pricing, Provision, and R&D Tax Credits. This role is central to our company's success, as these products are our largest revenue drivers and directly impact the value we deliver to customers. We're seeking a market-driven product leader with a passion for market intelligence, customer feedback loops, trust-building, and education. You should have experience building engaged user communities and driving product decisions informed by customer insights.

Role Overview : As Senior Product Manager, Core Products, you will own the strategy and execution for Exactera's foundational tax products. You'll play a critical role in customer engagement and market leadership, ensuring that our products are deeply trusted, effectively adopted, and continuously improved based on market insights. You will lead initiatives across activation, retention, and monetization, defining product priorities and collaborating closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to build solutions that maximize customer value.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Product Leadership

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy for Exactera's Core Products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
• Leverage market intelligence and customer feedback to refine our product vision and ensure continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives that enhance trust, transparency, and education in our product experience, ensuring users understand and feel confident in our solutions.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
