A Growing Health Insurance company based out of Oregon is interested in hiring a Front Desk Office Administrator to their team in Roseburg, Oregon! This position is a long term opportunity and fully onsite!

Description

• Provide world class customer service to all who come onsite.
• Responsible for managing our office supply inventories; order supplies as needed. Assist walk-in members with EOBs, bills and general questions.
• Check in vendors, guide them to correct office / conference room.
• Be the main point of contact for building, security and maintenance.
• Administration work supporting incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide clerical support to staff.
• Answer inbound calls and redirect as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
