Qualifications :
Board-certified or board-eligible physician assistant.Hospitalist experience preferred; Hospitalist training requiredPractice in the Hearth of the Community
Flexible Scheduling :
Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.Shifts for the day position are scheduled from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM; Night schedule is 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AMMost of us like to spend time with our families or outdoors, so a flexible schedule is available, and we cover for each other when we're out. We all have a common goal and help each other by switching shifts if someone needs a day off on their scheduled work week.Key Responsibilities :
As a Day clinician, your responsibility will encompass rounding on approximately fourteen patients per shift and discharging when appropriate, while our night clinician will perform 3 admissions in addition to cross coverage.The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivists on hand 24 / 7. So, procedures or codes are not required.We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.We use EPIC EMR and have access to our internal informatics platform.Living and Working in Buffalo :
