Senior Manager 1, Field Marketing

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager 1, Field Marketing to support 4050 K-12 school districts in the South-Central region. This is a remote role with up to 50% travel; candidates in IL, IN, MI, and WI are strongly preferred and must live near a major airport. In this role, you'll be the strategic marketing partner to operations teamsdriving student engagement, brand execution, and marketing excellence across your region. We're looking for a creative, collaborative leader with strong operational insight to deliver growth, satisfaction, and participation in K-12 schools.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute district-specific student engagement plans aligned with annual business objectives to drive participation and satisfaction.
• Oversee national brand initiatives across all school levels, ensuring consistency, compliance, and tailoring programs to local communities.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing impact and return on investment.
• Provide consultative support and training to field operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, district leaders, and community stakeholders.
• Represent marketing in client meetings and business reviews, identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and client retention.
