In-Home Sales Consultant
WE ARE OFFERING A SIGN-ON BONUS OF UP TO $15,000, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE!
Fire & Ice Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated, outgoing salesperson to join our team! In this position you will be meeting with people in their homes to inform and educate them about different heating and cooling solutions.

Position Summary : To educate consumers and existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.
Hours : Evening and Saturday availability required
Compensation : The position offers a small base with a generous commission.

Required Qualifications :
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- HVAC sales experience preferred
- Magnetic personality
- Ability to pass drug and background screen
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- In-home sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Good Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Desire to make $100K+ per year income
- Excellent verbal skills
- Professional phone skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and ability to work independently
