We're seeking an experienced and motivated Irrigation Manager to help lead and grow this division. This is a hands-on leadership role—perfect for someone who thrives both in the field and in operational management.

What You'll Do :

• Lead fieldwork, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of irrigation systems
• Manage daily and weekly job scheduling for irrigation projects
• Oversee inventory, tools, and equipment related to irrigation
• Hire, train, and develop new team members
• Maintain high standards for quality control and customer satisfaction
• Drive growth and scalability of the irrigation division
