UX Designer (TS09)

Our client, a Software Development & Consulting firm is looking for a qualified UX Designer (TS09) for a top-tier US Brokerage Firm.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of client onboarding experiences, ensuring seamless and intuitive processes for both internal and external users.
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights, define problems, and ideate solutions, involving key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop comprehensive user journey maps that outline the end-to-end client experience, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Create interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma and Figjam, allowing for iterative testing and feedback.
• Conduct usability testing sessions using platforms like UserTesting.com, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.Leverage deep knowledge of the financial services domain to design intuitive and compliant solutions that meet industry standards and regulations.
