Salary Range : $114,000–$129,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Schedule : Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift

Requirements to Apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or equivalent organization approved by CMS
• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations
• Proof of medical clearance for communicable diseases and current immunizations
