Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare a diverse range of dishes according to standardized recipes and production guidelines.
• Set up your workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment for seamless cooking.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, chopping, mixing, and ensuring readiness for cooking.
• Safely use various utensils, including knives, to efficiently prepare food.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, and steam a variety of meats, vegetables, and other food items.
• Present, garnish, and portion food in accordance with established guidelines.
• Store food properly to adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after use.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure and healthy work environment.
• Safeguard company assets and maintain a well-functioning kitchen.

Qualifications :

This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing and walking. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
