Project Overview
The InvestNet program at KeyBank is a multi-year wealth-management modernization initiative focused on enhancing, stabilizing, and expanding Key's use of the Envestnet wealth management platform. The program is designed to deliver a more unified and modern advisor experience across financial planning, portfolio management, analytics, billing, and client reporting.
KeyBank is entering Phase 2 of the InvestNet wealth platform integration and is staffing additional Business Analysts to support expanded scope, data conversion efforts, and digital advisor experience enhancements.
Program Drivers
- Modernize the wealth advisor experience and the broader digital wealth platform
- Capitalize on increased executive visibility and funding for wealth technology
- Support Phase 2 delivery of the InvestNet platform integration through strong requirements ownership and documentation
Why KeyBank Needs This Role
This phase of the program includes a platform conversion, new digital capabilities, and enhancements to advisor workflows. Business Analysts will be responsible for gathering requirements from scratch, spanning data, digital, and advisor experience needs.
The project is expected to last at least one year, with the initial contract structured as a six-month block. If execution is strong, additional funding and extensions are highly likely. While the target is to hit the ground running in January, there is a possibility the contract may be signed earlier.
Note: No candidates can be formally engaged until the contract is fully signed.
