Business Analyst (Ba) Responsibilities
Support the Investnet Product Team
Work directly with the business to maintain and enhance the Investnet application.
Participate in day-to-day operations including bug triage, feature development, and application support.
Problem Solving & Solution Discovery
Must be strong problem solvers who can proactively dig for solutions.
Soft skills are emphasizedespecially the ability to think critically and independently.
Integration Experience (Preferred)
Experience with Investnet integration is a major plus.
Candidates with prior exposure to Investnet will be prioritized.
Wealth experience is a plus
Collaboration & Communication
Expected to work closely with existing team members to align with current standards and expectations.
Should be capable of functioning within a squad model, collaborating with developers, scrum masters, and other roles.
Technical Environment
While not explicitly technical, familiarity with the surrounding tech stack (e.g., JavaScript / React for developers) may be beneficial.
No specific tools or platforms were mandated, but adaptability is key.
Experience Level
Target range is 35 years of experience.
However, candidates with significantly more experience (e.g., 20 years at KeyBank) may still be considered if they fit the role and budget.
Location Preferences
Preference for Cleveland, but Albany, NY is acceptable due to existing team presence.
