Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and resolve a backlog of accounts payable emails and vendor inquiries.
• Process high volumes of invoices and assist with check runs.
• Convert vendors to electronic payments and maintain payment records.
• Prepare annual vendor tax forms and support 1099 processing.
• Assist with accounts payable cleanup projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with multiple locations in a centralized Shared Services environment.
