Winter Park Vision Specialists is looking for a Front desk receptionist / Optometric Tech
We Provide a range of services that include : Routine eye exams, emergency eye exams, diagnostic and treatment, contact lens and glasses exam.
In addition we have a full service boutique, and offer repairs.
We are looking for someone who comes to work everyday with a great attitude, good customer service , and great Multitasking skills.
Job responsibilities :
- Greeting patients
- Answering phones
- Ensure high quality patient care
- Check in / Check out
- Computer knowledge
- Can handle fast pace work environment and can multitask
- Processes / scans all forms into appropriate systems
- Must be comfortable with sales (Contact lenses / nutraceuticals)
- Communicating with other doctors offices
- Accurately updates, verifies and enters patient demographics
- Collecting history and documenting it into EHR
- Performing pretesting
- Visual acuities / Taking IOP / Auto Refraction
- Proper maintenance of machines
- Keeping track of supply inventory
- Management of Contact lenses
