We are seeking an experienced Drain Specialist to join our maintenance team and handle specialized drain and plumbing-related work across our portfolio.

Position Overview

The Drain Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems within residential and small commercial properties. This role requires technical skill, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to maintenance requests involving drainage and plumbing issues , including clogged drains, slow drains, and backups.
• Perform preventative maintenance on drain systems to reduce future problems.
• Use professional drain cleaning equipment (snakes, augers, jetters) safely and effectively.
• Diagnose and resolve drainage issues quickly to minimize property damage.
• Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule repairs.
• Document work performed, materials used, and time spent in the company’s maintenance system.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist maintenance team with general repairs as needed, when drain-related work is not scheduled.
