What This Job Involves

This is a managerial position that provides technical and managerial oversight and leadership of all assigned facilities and their associated systems and infrastructure. Single point of contact between Supplier team and Corporate Real Estate organization for all technical and emergency issues. Provide supervision, oversight and assessment of all operations and compliance with all process, procedures, regulations, and client requirements. This position is expected to have the skills required to provide direction to the maintenance team for the repair and maintenance of building infrastructure systems, other than major OEM tear down maintenance.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like

• Provide technical and managerial oversight of all assigned facilities and their associated systems and infrastructure
• Serve as single point of contact for technical and emergency issues between teams and Corporate Real Estate
• Supervise and assess operations to ensure compliance with all processes, procedures, regulations, and client requirements
• Direct maintenance team activities for building infrastructure system repairs and maintenance
• Manage client contracts for delivery of services provided by other vendors
• Monitor and ensure adherence to critical awareness processes, programs and protocols across all personnel, vendors, and contractors
• Deliver effective presentations on technical topics to internal departments, employee groups, clients, and management
