Ophthalmology Clinic Technician Supervisor
Location : Manchester, NH (Home Base)
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Pay Rate : Starting at $30+ / hr.
Bonus : Two annual bonuses
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support ophthalmic technicians across multiple clinic locations.
- Provide hands-on clinical guidance, ensuring adherence to ophthalmic best practices and patient care standards.
- Oversee daily staffing schedules, assignments, and coverage needs.
- Partner with management to train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement coaching strategies for continuous improvement.
- Assist with maintaining clinical protocols, equipment readiness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a key liaison between clinical staff and leadership to support efficient operations.
