Where you come in :

• Develop and own the business case for international expansion, partnering closely with regional leaders to identify market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and commercial strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teamsincluding R&D, Program Management, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercialto define and deliver region-specific product requirements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with regions on market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies for each region.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for international launches, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-market optimization.
• Champion a user-first mindset, advocating for features and experiences tailored to local needs, languages, and cultural nuances.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to navigate local frameworks and ensure successful product approvals.
• Monitor performance and adoption in each region, leveraging analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of global trends in digital health, biosensor technology, and international market dynamics to inform product innovation.

Remote Workplace : Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120km).
