Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to acquire high-quality diagnostic images for healthcare professionals
  • Work in partnership with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure precise diagnoses
  • Ensure optimal patient positioning and equipment calibration for exceptional imaging results
  • Implement radiation safety protocols to protect patients and team members alike
  • Maintain detailed records, including imaging logs and maintenance of imaging equipment
  • Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout their imaging experiences
  • Foster a safe, orderly, and efficient imaging environment

Education & Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
  • Completion of an accredited radiology program
  • Required Certifications

  • ARRT certification in CT and / or Radiography
  • Valid BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • Essential Skills

  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients and interdisciplinary teams
  • Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced setting, adapting swiftly to dynamic requirements

  • Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and up-to-date imaging software
