We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at SpringHill Suites in Provo, Utah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and managing front desk operations efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

• Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner upon arrival and departure.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including managing reservations and addressing guest inquiries.
• Manage billing processes, including processing payments, refunds, and handling cash transactions.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Assist with guest requests and complaints, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and special requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures; maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assist in managing room inventory and reservations using hotel management software.
• Handle phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software (Fosse).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multitasking and stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
