Job Title : Field Service Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of field service technicians. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field service, with strong management skills and the ability to plan equipment and personnel needs. This role involves traveling to various sites to install rendering equipment and requires a comprehensive skill set, including installation, repairs, welding, troubleshooting, scheduling, leading, and managing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of field service technicians.
• Plan and allocate resources, including scheduling equipment and personnel needs.
• Travel to different sites across the US to install rendering equipment.
• Conduct installations, repairs, and welding as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to discuss schedules and project requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.

This is a hybrid position in Jordan,MN.
