AI R&D Fellow

We are now hiring an AI R&D Fellow to join our Los Angeles office. This is an in-person, entry-level opportunity to work directly with the CEO and help prototype AI-powered solutions across sales, marketing, ops, and product functions. If you're early in your career, passionate about emerging technologies, and looking to gain hands-on startup experience-this role is your launchpad.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team to identify opportunities to implement AI agents across various business units.
• Rapidly build and iterate on internal tools and prototypes using state-of-the-art AI technologies such as GPT-4, Claude, and LangChain.
• Explore and test emerging AI APIs, LLMs, and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency and unlock new capabilities.
• Conduct technical research and stay current on developments in the AI / ML space to inform strategic decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to deploy AI solutions that solve real-world challenges.
• Take ownership of end-to-end projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
