SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our integrated supply chain, production planning, and warehouse operations in our lean manufacturing facility specializing in modular home construction. This role combines strategic supply chain management with production planning coordination and hands-on warehouse oversight to ensure seamless material flow, optimal inventory levels, and efficient production support that keeps our assembly lines running smoothly in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Planning & Material Requirements

• Develop and maintain master production schedules in coordination with sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Create detailed material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure 100% material availability for scheduled production units.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to manage bill of materials (BOM) accuracy and engineering change orders.
• Plan material staging and sequencing to support smooth assembly line flow and minimize production delays.
• Monitor production capacity and adjust material planning to optimize line utilization and throughput.
• Implement and maintain production planning systems to track work orders, material consumption, and production milestones.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to manage delivery commitments and production priorities.
• Conduct regular material availability reviews and expedite critical components to prevent line stoppages.
