Job description

NorthBay Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Vacaville, CA . This role offers the chance to provide high-quality care across all ages while enjoying competitive pay, full benefits, and strong team support.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity in Primary Care with NorthBay Health.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team serving pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
  • Provide exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, patient education, and coordinate care with supervising physicians.
  • Position based in Napa / Solano County (Vacaville, CA)

    • Position Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current California PA or NP licensure with Board Certification.
  • Current CPR certification , DEA license, and Furnishing Number for medications.
  • 1-2+ years experience in primary care, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred (internship or prior nursing experience may be considered).
  • Strong skills in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Ability to work with patients across all age groups
