Responsibilities :

Your Primary Role In Our Team :

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate with great growth potential. If hired, you will join a top-producing multi-state team.

• Work with prospects you convert to appointments, then to clients, and past clients
• Work with clients from first contact to an initial consultation, signing agency paperwork, showing homes, negotiating the offer and repair items, and navigating the escrow period to a successful closing and after-sale program
• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
