Compensation : $120,000–$140,000 | Full-Time | Exempt

About the Opportunity :

A growing digital health organization is seeking two experienced Product Managers to support multiple fast-scaling healthcare SaaS platforms. These roles will focus on key product areas, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) , Practice Management , and an advanced EHR system designed.

This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity to help define roadmaps, enhance product performance, and deliver solutions that improve operational and financial outcomes for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full product lifecycle — discovery, design, development, launch, and iteration — for assigned digital health platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, UI / UX, and clinical operations teams to deliver secure, compliant, user-centered products.
• Gather insights from customers, internal teams, and industry trends to shape the roadmap and prioritize features.
• Ensure seamless integration with EHRs, payer systems, and clearinghouses.
• Define and monitor key success metrics such as claim denials, A / R days, and user adoption.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory updates (CMS, HIPAA, ICD / CPT) and industry standards (FHIR, HL7, 837 / 835 / 270 / 271).
• Partner with sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure product-market alignment and customer satisfaction.
