Construction Administrator
Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
Review and process invoices, change orders, and other financial documentation.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and company policies.
Assist in preparing project reports and updates for stakeholders.
Monitor supply orders and inventory to prevent project delays.
Serve as the point of contact for administrative tasks related to construction projects.
Support the team in resolving any operational challenges that arise during projects.

A successful Construction Administrator should have :
