Description :
The Senior Health Services Associate is a key member of the team responsible for answering phone calls and facilitating communication with healthcare providers, patients, and internal stakeholders. This role also coordinates and schedules initial and refill shipments of patient medications.
Location & Schedule
- Location Requirement : Candidate must reside within a 2-hour driving distance of Irving, TX
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM CT (30-minute lunch break)

High school graduate or equivalentTypically requires 1+ years of related experiencePhysical Requirements :
