Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced, Senior or Lead Procurement Analyst to join our Phantom Works team in St. Charles, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities Experienced Level 3 :

• Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal / external projects
• Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
• Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
• Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
• Supports the development and implementation of strategies
• Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
• Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
• Assesses and reports compliance to internal / external stakeholders
• Develops risk mitigation plan

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position is for 1st shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) : More than 3 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations. More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). More than 3 years of experience with Excel, Access, or other database management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) : Bachelor's degree or higher. More than 3 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.

Typical Education / Experience : Experienced Level 3 : Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Senior Level 4 : Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Lead Level 5 : Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation : Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Travel : Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3 : $76,500 - $94,500. Summary pay range for Senior Level 4 : $93,500 - $115,500. Summary pay range for Lead Level 5 : $119,000 - $147,000.
