This group's key service areas are Forensic Analysis, Building Enclosures, Repairs & Restoration and Parking Structure Rehabilitation and, similarly to the wider business, they maintain a focus on a higher-end scope of work within them.
This division is on a highly impressive growth trajectory and has delivered consistent year-on-year growth of around 30% for the last 7.
They are currently seeking Managing Directors for both their Orlando and Miami branches, which already hold an established technical staff and a existing body of work, to take a hands-on leadership position and to scale their presence in target growth locations.
This position will come with an invitational shares offering and the opportunity to have a valuable financial stake in one of the most revered and scalable firms in AEC.
Requirements :
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field of Architecture or Engineering, with further studies preferred.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) and / or Registered Architect (R.A.) license required.
- Further credentials, such as IIBEC, considered a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Proven track record with P&L, leadership, and client management and development responsibilities.
- Business development acumen with transferrable client network / book of business preferred.
