We are looking for individuals who are passionate in helping others be the best they can be! Fun-loving and creative are key! This position is perfect for individuals who are pursuing degrees in psychology, education, social services, or behavioral sciences, and for those who have experience working in daycares / preschools, para's, babysitters, nannies, or anyone who loves to work with kids!

A Day in the Life of a BT / RBT :

🔆 Provide 1 : 1 Direct Therapy with Clients

🔆 Implement Individualized Skill Acquisition and Behavior Support Programming Created by the BCBA

🔆 Collect Data and Record Data in Online Practice Management System

🔆 Write Session Notes for Therapy Sessions

🔆 Communicate with families about their child's day!

🔆 Receive Supervision from the BCBA while providing Direct Services

🔆 Provide a clean, nurturing, supportive learning environment

🔆 Foster our positive company culture and work environment

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
• Employment is subject to criminal background checks
• Own vehicle or access to own reliable transportation
• Associate's Degree in Psychology, Education or Special Education, or mental health related field preferred. Bachelor's Degree Highly Preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children or adolescents
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Experience in ABA, PFA / SBT, and Verbal Behavior is preferred but not required
