Position Overview
Client is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of IAM products and services.This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, can deep dive into complex technical and security domains, and work closely with customers and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric IAM solutions.Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the IAM product vision, aligning with enterprise security goals, compliance requirements, and customer needs.Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and access governance capabilities.Engage directly with customers to understand pain points, workflows, and business objectives to shape product features that deliver measurable impact.Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and secure product delivery.Demonstrate a strong grasp of IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, etc.), APIs, and integration models to guide technical decision-making.Define KPIs and success metrics for adoption, performance, and security posture improvements across IAM solutions.Continuously evaluate IAM trends, vendors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and influence product innovation.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in IAM, security, or infrastructure platform domains.5+ years of Proven experience in delivering technical products involving identity federation, access control, authentication, and directory services.5+ years of Hands-on familiarity with Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD, ForgeRock, or equivalent IAM platforms.Ability to create product requirements, user stories, and collaborate closely with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.Key Soft Skills

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.Experience with cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure AD B2C, Google Cloud Identity).Understanding of Zero Trust principles, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are a plus.Why Join Us
