Commercial Roofing Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Supervisor to oversee and manage roofing projects on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating materials and labor.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily and weekly work activities to ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Inspect work in progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, manufacturer specifications, and building codes
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress
- Identify and resolve issues that may delay work or affect quality
- Conduct regular safety meetings
- Manage and maintain equipment, maintenance, and logistics on-site
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and inspectors
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or roofing preferredAbility to pass a background check5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-up, Metal)Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawingsOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationBilingual (English / Spanish) a plusAdditional Requirements
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Able to work in a physically demanding environment including climbing ladders, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.Ability to travel to job sites as required.Compensation & Benefits
