Job descriptionMedical, dental, and vision benefits Weekly paychecks Working with a dedicated & responsive team Monthly referral bonuses & more Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation Assist with machine assembly and support production teams as needed Coordinate major repairs with contractors and specialists Monitor equipment performance and document recurring issues Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations Participate in training to stay current with maintenance standards and compliance Support continuous improvement efforts in facility and equipment reliability Associate’s degree in Facilities or Industrial Maintenance, or 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing maintenance role Strong technical knowledge of industrial systems including CNC machinery, motors, pumps, and controls Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Skilled in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding environments Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality Strong communication and teamwork abilities Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans HVAC / R Systems Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Electrical Installation Electrical Repair OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) HVAC Service & Installation HVAC Maintenance HVAC Troubleshooting
