• Knows what a proper roof install looks like — and what an improper one looks like from 50 feet away.
• Takes pride in clean lines, tight flashing, straight drip edge, and solid water management.
• Believes craftsmanship is something earned — not rushed.
• Has no problem saying, “We’re fixing this before we sign off.”
• Appreciates being trusted to use their judgment.

You’ve likely spent years on the roof , maybe run crews, handled installs, repairs, or storm work. Now you want to put your experience to work guiding quality, not just hammering nails.

This is a respected position — your word will carry weight.

Compensation : $65,000
