Nestled in Los Angeles, California, our esteemed mental health residential treatment program boasts a cozy 16-bed facility.
Our clientele typically presents with diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, delusional disorders, and bipolar disorder.
Please note, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all residents, therefore, individuals exhibiting violent behavior or actively experiencing psychosis are not admitted into our program.
We are actively recruiting a Case Manager / Discharge Manager to work remotely for our residential mental health treatment programs located in Los Angeles County.
Must have experience as a discharge planner and case manager in a treatment program.
Must be highly knowledgeable of services and benefits in Los Angeles County for discharging clients. The successful candidate will be assisting clients in transition to outpatient treatment programs where treatment will continue or a housing program that accepts referrals.
The candidate must be available during the day, Monday through Friday to discharge so discharge can be coordinated with other programs seamlessly.
