Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy and timely communication
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientations, and training coordination
- Facilitate employee review processes, retention programs, and engagement initiatives
- Generate reports and track recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness
- Provide administrative HR support and assist with company events, trainings, and employee programs
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in an HR roleStrong multitasking and organizational skills (able to handle shifting priorities with ease)Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)A proactive, team-oriented mindset (flexible, dependable, and eager to help wherever needed)
