Assistant Project Manager - Construction (Transportation)

What we are looking for :

Aldridge is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

What youll do :

Support essential project duties including :

  • Promoting safe jobsites
  • Pre-job planning
  • Cost and labor tracking
  • Document control (material submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.)
  • Procuring material and tools
  • Coordination of subcontractors
  • Contract compliance

Who you are :

We are pursuing entry-level candidates with the following qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction / Union trade background
  • Internships or other relevant work experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Excellent communication
